OSU's Guerrero Treated And Released At OKC Hospital

Freshman Cezar Guerrero is out of the hospital and expected to make a full recovery after colliding with another player at practice Monday.

STILLWATER, Oklahoma – Oklahoma State freshman guard Cezar Guerrero has been released from the hospital after suffering an injury during practice Monday.

The California native was flown by helicopter to the hospital after colliding with another player during a drill at basketball practice Monday afternoon.

Guerrero was sent to an Oklahoma City hospital as a precautionary measure, where he stayed Monday night for observation.

The University reports that all tests came back negative and Guerrero was released Tuesday afternoon.

Guerrero-- a 6-foot, 175-pound point guard who was a four-star prospect by Rivals.com, is expected to make a full recovery.
