STILLWATER, Oklahoma -- According to a report by the Stillwater News Press, a woman suing former Oklahoma State head coach Eddie Sutton has requested that the case be moved out of a Payne County Court.

Theresa Barnard is suing the former Cowboys' head man after an accident in 2006 during which Sutton struck her vehicle from behind. Sutton was leaving Gallagher-Iba Arena heading to Stillwater Regional Airport, heading to a game.

Sutton was charged with aggravated driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content of .22, as well as driving left of center and speeding. He pleaded no-contest and completed the terms of his deferred sentence in 2007.

Oklahoma State University was originally a co-defendant in the case, but the university paid Barnard $175,000 and was dropped from the case.
