Big Butt Cheesy Football Dip
Ingredients:
• 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) sharp cheese, shredded
• ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• ¼ tsp. pepper
• 2 green onions, chopped
• 1 cup bacon, crumbled
• 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
• 2 Tbsp. pimiento strips
Instructions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients with mixer until well blended. Stir in onions and bacon. Refrigerate several hours.
2. Form into football shape; coat with nuts.
3. Add pimientos for the lacing.
4. Serve with a crackers.
