OKC Police Arrest Con Man Who Preys On Elderly Women

UPDATE: OKLAHOMA CITY -- Oklahoma City police have arrested the man who is reported to be financially preying on the elderly.

Josh Treat, 25, has allegedly spoken to numerous elderly women and bilked them out of money.  He typically approaches the victim and says he has a sick daughter and that he is trying to raise money for her care by doing gutter work.

The victims said they paid Treat in advance and then he never shows up to perform the work.

According to the police report, Treat was arrested on Friday by the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Warrant team in Norman. He was transported to the Oklahoma County Jail where he was booked in on the arrest warrants.
