New Website Blasts Bad Drivers

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Pointing out the careless driving mistakes of others may make us safer. If not, we will at least feel better. That's the premise of a newly-launched website called driverrating.com.

"I don't know what it would prove to have a website like that. I probably would go on it just to be nosy but that is about it," said Tim Morris, an Oklahoma driver.

Yet thousands are sounding off with comments like "They don't just drive slow they drive aggressively slow."

But should you blast other drivers? The site is pretty controversial

"I think it is bad idea.  Someone might just be mean and decide to rate something poorly. It doesn't seem very charitable.  You can probably vent in your head and not say it out loud," Sue Ryan said.

A report released last month found Oklahoma is the 15th most dangerous place to drive in the country. Oklahoma drivers use the site daily to vent.

ODOT says some drivers complain about confusing signage on the interstate and they have actually gone out to make adjustments.
