OKLAHOMA CITY -- The Oklahoma City RedHawks were treated to their third-consecutive loss Monday at the hands of former NLCS MVP Jeff Suppan who got the start for Omaha.

Suppan (10-5) pitched seven shutout innings for the Storm Chasers (60-49), giving up five hits and striking out five to earn the win. Lucas Harrell (2-1) managed just 1.1 innings for Oklahoma City (48-62), allowing two earned runs on three hits.

Both earned runs came in the bottom of the second inning.

Lance Zwadski singled in the fourth at-bat of the second inning to load the bases with just one out on the board. In the next at-bat, Jarrod Dyson reached on a fielder's choice, allowing Kila Ka'aihue to score and take a one-run lead.

Harrell was then tossed and Wesley Wright came in for relief, but a sacrifice fly by Johnny Giavotella scored Salvador Perez from third, pushing the lead to 2-0.

The RedHawks will now try to avoid the series sweep at 7:05 p.m. Tuesday, before heading off for an eight-game road trip.
