Oklahoma Children's Hospital Foundation To Host Outlet Shoppes Preview Party

OKLAHOMA CITY – The Oklahoma Children's Hospital Foundation is hosting a preview night party for the Outlet Shoppes at Oklahoma City just before its grand opening.

This event will take place at 6 p.m. on August 4 at the Outlet Shoppes, located near I-40 and Council Road.

A VIP ribbon cutting ceremony will also be held at 7 p.m.

Tickets to this event are $10 per person in advance, or $15 at the door. Organizers say that all profits from this event will benefit the Children's Hospital Foundation.

The Outlet Shoppes at Oklahoma City is set to open on August 5, during tax free weekend.

    Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin said Tuesday afternoon that a 15-year-old boy shot 14 people Tuesday morning at a southwestern Kentucky high school. Two of the victims, a 15-year-old boy and 15-year-old girl, died. Five others suffered non-gunshot injuries, the governor said. The suspect in the incident at Marshall County High School in Benton, Kentucky, has been apprehended, according to officials with Marshall County Emergency Management.
