MOORE, Oklahoma -- Most of the metro remains under water restrictions and we all hate to see water being wasted. However, that what appears to be happening in Moore.

A water line break there has neighbors concerned but crews say there's actually a good reason it hasn't been fixed.

Stacy Carmona says she has been watching the water gush from a hydrant behind her home in Moore for two weeks now, and she's tired of it.

"It sickens me," she said. "All of these gallons are going to waste."

Carmona estimates that 2,000 gallons of water per day are flowing out from the hydrant.

She says she's called the City of Moore about the problem, but Moore says the hydrant and line beneath it belong to Oklahoma City. The Oklahoma City Water Department says it has received no reports on the hydrant, but will look into it.
