KINGFISHER, Oklahoma -- It has been exactly one year since the EagleMed crash in Kingfisher County which claimed two lives.  The FAA has yet to release its findings on the cause of the accident.

Pilot Al Harrison and flight nurse Ryan Duke were both killed.

The sole survivor, Mike Eccard, is still recovering from his injuries.  His back and most of his ribs were broken, and one of his lungs collapsed.

His family has set up a fund to help cover his medical costs.
