OSBI Agents Plan To Question Suspect In LeFlore County Double Homicide

LAKOTA, North Dakota -- Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation agents are en route to North Dakota to question an Oklahoma man arrested Thursday in connection with the shooting deaths of his mother and father in LeFlore County on July 6, 2011. 

Kevin Statham was arrested in Lakota, North Dakota on Thursday.

He was being sought in the deaths of Paul and Helen Statham. 

The couple were found shot death at their home near the community of Bokoshe. 

The OSBI says their investigation into the double homicide continues.  Along with questioning Statham, the OSBI says agents will be searching Statham's pickup truck as well.
