EDMOND, Oklahoma – The Edmond Police Department says it discovered a stash of weapons, illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia after executing a search warrant at a home near Edmond Memorial High School.
Police went to the home in the 800 block of Brett Drive on July 1. According to the police report, officers discovered five grams of marijuana, and ecstasy in both pill and powder form. Officers also discovered brownies and cookies that tested positive for THC, a substance in marijuana. Police say there were also drug scales and other items used to package drugs.
When police searched the master bedroom, they found several weapons including a shotgun and a semiautomatic hand gun.
Police arrested five people at the home; Andrew Boling, 21, David Guymer, 20, Luke Hendershot, 21, Chen Li, 21, and Ashleigh Smedley, 18.
All five were booked into the Edmond jail. Boling, Guymer and Li face several drug-related charges. Smedley and Hendershot face charges on an unrelated warrant.
