OKLAHOMA CITY -- High winds took the roof off an Oklahoma City Apartment Complex and at least one business Monday.
The storm is also to blame for downed power lines that left 3,000 OG&E customers in the dark.
Residents of the Village South Apartments located at 3500 SW 29th Street, were enjoying a birthday BBQ when a sudden wind burst blew one layer of the roof off.
No families were displaced or injured, but the complex is dealing with no power.
The storms also ripped roof tiles off an Oklahoma city restaurant.
