OKLAHOMA CITY -- Some deputies at the Oklahoma County Courthouse are packing a new kind of protection. Several deputies are now carrying tasers.

A Sheriff's spokesman says they've been looking at less than lethal ways to keep the peace inside the courthouse for some time now. Eventually, all deputies will carry a taser.

Each one costs about $600.
