Norman Man Sentenced In Child Porn Case

OKLAHOMA CITY -- A judge sentenced a 36-year-old Norman man Tuesday to 20 years in federal prison for downloading child pornography.

According to court records, Michael James Opie downloaded a lewd video featuring a 12-year-old boy. He pleaded guilty in September 2010.

After Opie is released from prison, he will be required to register as a sex offender and will be on supervised release for the rest of his life.
