MCLOUD, Oklahoma -- A suspected bank robber gives up the chase and turns himself in.
According to the FBI, 19-year-old William Gomez turned himself in Tuesday afternoon in McLoud. FBI agents took custody of Gomez and transported him to the Grady County Detention Center.
Investigators say Gomez allegedly pulled out a shotgun Monday and robbed the Arvest Bank in Choctaw.
Agents say they had been reviewing security video from his getaway van, which was stolen and just happened to have an onboard camera system.
