CHOCTAW, Oklahoma -- Employees at a Choctaw bank had a terrifying experience Monday when a robber walked in and pointed a shotgun at them.

The man entered Arvest Bank at 14900 S.E. 29th Street around 4:30 p.m. He pulled out the shotgun and told the bank employees to give him money. Workers complied and gave the man an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was hurt.

The robber ran out of the bank and was seen driving away in a green Chevrolet or GMC crew cab pickup truck. The pickup truck had an Oklahoma license plate. The FBI says another man was waiting inside the truck for the robber.

Witnesses described the robber as a white man in his late 20s or early 30s. He stood 5 feet 4 inches to 5 feet 6 inches tall, and weighed approximately 150 to 160 pounds. The robber wore a white, plaid, long-sleeve shirt, dark-colored jeans, a baseball cap with "Security" written on the front, and tennis shoes.

Witnesses could not provide a description of the man waiting in the truck.

If you have any information about this robbery, call the FBI at (405) 290-7770. It's a 24-hour number and you can remain anonymous.
