OKC Police Arrest Prostitute Accused Of Murder

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Oklahoma City police have arrested a woman accused of stabbing a man to death in a northwest Oklahoma City apartment.

Officers booked 28-year-old Amanda Hunter into the Oklahoma County Jail Friday on one count of first-degree murder. Police say she stabbed Osmani Chicas-Melgar in the torso on Sunday, June 12.

Chicas-Melgar's roommate told police Hunter was with the victim most of the night. Police say Hunter is a prostitute who was likely having sex with Chicas-Melgar in exchange for drugs.
