Your 2 Cents: Homebuilders Required To Build Storm Shelters?

OKLAHOMA CITY -- I asked Monday night whether home builders here should be required to include storm shelter in their new homes.

Mixed reaction, starting with Rick in the Village: "Safety vs cost vs government intrusion."

But Genell from Shawnee writes: "A state tax credit for existing home owners would be a great incentive."
