OKLAHOMA CITY -- A bank robber is caught on surveillance video at the Bank of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City. It happened around 2 p.m. Friday at the branch located at 6517 N.W. Expressway.

According to the FBI in Oklahoma, a white man entered the bank, pointed a pistol at the bank employees and customers inside the bank and ordered everyone to the floor. The robber then ordered the tellers to open their drawers. He told the tellers no dye packs or bait bills.

The tellers removed an unknown amount of cash and put it in a black bag. The tellers described the bag as plastic or backpack style bag. As the robber was leaving the bank, he told the individuals on the floor not to get up or follow him or he would shoot them.

The robber left the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash. Witnesses saw a silver or gray Volkswagen Jetta leave the bank area and was last seen traveling west on Northwest Expressway.

No injuries are reported. Police believe the suspect also may be responsible for the robberies of the First National Bank of Coweta in Coweta, Oklahoma on May 24, 2011 and Bank of Oklahoma on May 26, 2011 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

The robber was described as white man approximately 5'11" feet in height and weighing 180 to 185 pounds. The robber wore a black colored trench coat, large brim black hat, sunglasses and a fake beard and mustache. The pistol was a semi-automatic and black in color.

Anyone with information regarding this robbery should contact the FBI at (405) 290-7770 (24 hour number). You may remain anonymous.

The Oklahoma Banker's Association offers up to $2,000.00 for information leading to the identification, arrest and/or conviction of anyone robbing a member bank.
