OKLAHOMA CITY -- A bartender at Dan O'Brien's Pub is accused of lying to get a license from the Alcohol Beverage Laws Enforcement (ABLE) Commission.

Court documents say Rusty Therrien claimed he had no prior felony convictions when he applied for his ABLE license. Convicted felons are not allowed to dispense alcohol in Oklahoma. Therrien worked at Dan O'Brien's from November 2010 to February 2011.

Oklahoma City Police Officer Chad Peery was attacked and beaten in February by three men when he tried to break up a fight at Dan O'Brien's. Joshua Rinken, Cadmio Lopez, and Jimmy Smith are charged with one count each of maiming and conspiracy.
