EDMOND, Oklahoma -- An Edmond woman accused of racking up tens of thousands of dollars on her dead parents' credit card appeared before a judge Wednesday.

The judge set a $42,000 cash bond for Julie Frias. She will also be required to wear a GPS tracking ankle monitor.

Police arrested Frias last week. They say she charged more than $53,000 to credit cards issued to her parents, who are no longer alive.
