OKLAHOMA CITY -- Two BASE jumpers who unlawfully jumped from the Devon Tower head to court Friday to enter a plea. Waylon Litchfield and Bo Baxter have pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor trespassing charge.

Friday, they were in Oklahoma City Municipal Court with an attorney and went before a city judge with the plea and paid the 202 bond.

Court documents reveal the two are on 6 months unsupervised probation for sneaking into the new Devon tower on April 17th and then base jumping off the unfinished building. If the two keep a clean bureau of record and a clear driving record, the charge against them will be dismissed with costs plus a $50.00 court administration fee.

The two were scheduled to go to court in June, but decided to meet and enter their plea on Friday.

Their probation is scheduled to end November 30.
