All State Offices Closed:
Governor Mary Fallin has ordered all state offices closed immediately.

University of Central Oklahoma:
With severe weather threatening, the UCO campus will close at 4 p.m. today to ensure that everyone will have the opportunity to be in a safe location in the event any tornado or hail activity may strike. All offices will close, and classes and activities will be canceled as of 4 p.m. today. All are urged to monitor weather activities and take necessary precautions to ensure the safety of you and others.

The J. D. McCarty Center is canceling an event that is scheduled for this afternoon 4:30-5:30 due to impending bad weather. It's called "An Amazon Rain Forest Adventure."

Due to the threat of severe storms in the Norman area, all after school Norman High School Activities are cancelled for the afternoon and evening of Tuesday May 24, 2011.

Oklahoma City Public Schools:
PLEASE DO NOT GO TO OKCPS SCHOOLS TO SEEK SHELTER! After school hours there is no supervision or accessibility into the buildings. Please seek alternate shelter locations.

University of Oklahoma:
OU has activated its campus-wide emergency alert system.
President David Boren has ordered OU-Norman, OU-Oklahoma City Health Sciences Center and OU-Tulsa to be closed for the night because of incoming severe weather. Depending on what happens the rest of the night, they plan to reopen tomorrow.

Oklahoma State University:
Campus officials have closed OSU-Stillwater for the night. No word on OSU-OKC, but if OU-OKC is closed, then most likely OSU-OKC is closed as well.
