NORMAN, Oklahoma – A Cleveland County judge denied Wednesday a woman's request to modify the bond restrictions placed on her after she was accused of having sex with a 13-year-old boy.

Prosecutors charged 37-year-old Amy Blose with nine counts of rape and sodomy. The alleged victim was a friend and classmate of her daughter.

Blose appeared in a Cleveland County courtroom Wednesday to ask a judge to modify her bond restrictions so she could visit unsupervised with her two children and other young family members. The judge denied the request, saying he wanted to proceed with caution in this case.

Several people who did not want the restrictions against Blose lifted appeared in court.

"She's a pedophile," said Stephanie Odle, a former friend and parent of a 13 year old. "She lied to our faces. She had our children lying to us and she raped a 13 year old. She's very manipulative."

Blose's ex-husband, Dustin Savage, was also in court. Savage was married to Blose for 11 years but both have since remarried.

"I am glad the judge denied the request," said Savage. "The children are devastated."
