KINGFISHER, Oklahoma -- Former Kingfisher City Commissioner, Mark Mueggenborg, turned himself in to authorities Tuesday afternoon. He is charged with felony indecent exposure.

He told police, he was in the parking lot of Tom's Drug last Wednesday, when he saw one of the female employees leaving. He called the 18 year old over to his pickup truck, and said he had a graduation gift for her. The Kingfisher High School student says, Mueggenborg had her graduation picture and was touching his genitals. She told police he asked her to play with him.

News 9 spoke to the 63-year-old man before he turned himself in to authorities, "Truthfully, I don't really feel like I've harmed anybody. I believe it's blowed way overboard," said Mueggenborg.

His family is angry and ashamed. His brother, Gary Mueggenborg says, "It just shames the whole family. Me and my other brother are just ashamed to have him as a brother. That's the way it is."

The victim has requested a protective order.
