OKLAHOMA CITY -- A rogue motorcycle club sparks a federal investigation.

U.S. Marshals spent several hours at the Rogue Motorcycle Club at Southwest 19th and Central Tuesday. The location is part of a 12-year federal investigation into organized crime and a massive drug trafficking operation.

Agents then went to a house near Southwest 29th and Portland, the home of Michael Gardner who police arrested earlier this year on drug charges.

U.S. Marshal's on the scene said they just got involved in the case in the past couple days.

"The action undertaken today is under federal seal and until we have completed the action we can not comment on specifics," said Mike Parks, supervisory deputy with the U.S. Marshals.

But according to federal documents obtained by News 9, Gardner is the National President of the Rogue Motorcycle gang.

The federal indictment says: "members of the Rogue OMG were active as drug traffickers and enforcers for Anthony Mollman, a large scale drug trafficker."

The indictment stated the club has been under investigation since 1999 when an undercover agent infiltrated the group.

That investigation culminated on January 29 of this year when Gardner was arrested.

When investigators searched Gardner's home, according to the indictment, they found numerous firearms, some that were stolen, as well items related to drug use and distribution and surveillance equipment.

Anthony Mollman has also been indicted as part of this case.

This federal indictment stated the Rogue Motorcycle gang also has chapters in Tulsa, Ponca City and Wichita, Kansas.
