Police Investigate Reported Shots Fired In Southwest Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Police investigated reported shots fired in southwest Oklahoma City Monday evening.

Police said they arrived at a home in the 1500 block of S.W. 44th Street between Penn and Blackwelder and discovered a man had locked himself inside.

Part of S.W. 44th Street was blocked off in the area while police investigated the incident.

Police were able to take the man into custody without incident around 9 p.m.

No one was injured.
