Suspect Does Odd Jobs For N.W. OKC Business Then Robs It

Police are searching for a suspect who robbed the Britton Discount Cigarettes Store in northwest Oklahoma City on March 30.

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Police are searching for a suspect who robbed the Britton Discount Cigarettes Store in northwest Oklahoma City on March 30.

Police said prior to the robbery on March 30, the suspect offered to do some odd jobs around the store for a few dollars. The suspect was captured on video surveillance cleaning around the store and moving boxes.

The suspect later came to the drive-thru window, asked for a Cigarillo and handed the clerk a $1 bill. When the clerk went to get the suspect's change, the suspect grabbed the cash drawer and ran off.

The suspect is described as a very tall and stocky black male, approximately 6-foot-5-inches tall and weighs about 260 pounds.
