KINGFISHER, Oklahoma -- OSBI agents and Kingfisher County Sheriff's deputies are looking for a lifetime registered sex offender on the run.
Matthew Mallory is on the run with his 14-year-old niece Ariel Mallory. They were last seen on April 5 at 10 p.m. in Okarche.
Representative Mike Sanders said he's concerned for the teen's safety because he's been getting repeated calls from neighbors, teachers and parents about Mallory, the filthy conditions in his home and the alleged abuse involving his 14-year-old niece, a first grader and an infant.
"He's a lifetime third degree sex offender, can't get any better than that or higher than that, he has drug charges throughout the years, he's violent, very angry," Rep. Sanders.
An arrest warrant has been filed for Mallory for child abandonment of a child under 10.
The two young children were removed by DHS Wednesday night. DHS said they're aware of the situation but cannot comment.
Mallory is traveling in a maroon Ford Taurus with tag number 948-GPL.
Mallory has a full body tattoo. He is also believed to be armed and dangerous.
Anyone with information regarding Mallory's whereabouts should call the OSBI at 1-800-522-8017.
