Suspect Steals Phone As Woman Is Talking In Penn Square Mall

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Another robbery was reported at Penn Square Mall.

A witness chased down the suspect, who took a cell phone straight from a woman's hand.

Police say the suspect yanked the woman's phone away from her ear, tearing out an earring and a chunk of her hair.

A witness said the suspect got into a red Chevy Camaro with dark T-tops and drove away.
