The Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth released a report concerning the deaths of Christopher Dunham, 4, Crystal Dunham, 3, and Kaylee Dunham, 1.

OKLAHOMA CITY -- The Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth released its review into the deaths of three siblings who died in an RV fire in Del City.
The report outlines the five different complaints made to DHS before Christopher, Crystal, and Kayla Dunham died in the fire. Each visit DHS workers reported finding no reason to remove the children from the home.
Both Stephanie and Christopher Dunham are facing charges of felony child neglect in the deaths of their children.
