TULSA, Oklahoma – Two people are behind bars in connection with a meth lab fire at a Tulsa home earlier this week.

Patrick White, 34, and Jessica Lawhead, 28, were each booked into the Tulsa County Jail on one complaint of first degree arson and one complaint of manufacturing a controlled drug.

Tulsa Police said White and Lawhead were cooking meth when a fire broke out at a home in the 2100 block of North Birmingham Place about 1 a.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2011.

According to an arrest report, White had "singed hair" on his right arm and his hands were covered with soot.

The home was heavily damaged.
