OKLAHOMA CITY -- Three people are recovering in the hospital after being hurt in a drive by shooting early Saturday morning.
Oklahoma City police say a spring break party at the Farmer's Market got out of hand around 1:30 a.m.
Some off-duty officers called for backup, according to Oklahoma City Police Lieutenant Jay Barnett.
"Before officers could arrive to assist them, they reported shots fire," Barnett said. "While investigating, officers reported three victims: one shot in the head, one in the leg, one in the abdomen."
One victim is in critical condition. The other two are stable. Police investigating the case think only one person is to blame. The suspect is believed to have attended the party.
Officers think that shooter drives a dark - possibly maroon – Grand Prix.
