OKLAHOMA CITY -- Charges have been dropped against an Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper who was under investigation in Grady County.
Trooper Stanford McConnell was accused of concealing stolen property. After the OSBI investigated, a judge determined there was insufficient evidence.
No word yet if McConnell will be taken off administrative leave.
