OKLAHOMA CITY -- An Oklahoma City man with a history of exposing himself was arrested Tuesday for doing it again at a fast food restaurant.

Mongu Nsa, a student at UCO, was booked into the Oklahoma County jail on a complaint of indecent exposure.

Police said Nsa drove to the Sonic at 16331 N. Penn Tuesday and placed an order. A female employee brought out his food and said as she turned the corner of the building, she saw Nsa standing beside his car with his sweat pants pulled down to his knees.

Police said after exposing himself, Nsa ran away and left his vehicle at the restaurant.

Police traced Nsa's tag and obtained his address. They also discovered he had previous arrests for the same offense. Police said when they went to Nsa's home to arrest him, he was leaving with his family to make a court appearance.
