OKLAHOMA CITY -- An Oklahoma State Highway Patrol trooper charged with violating a protective order was fired on Tuesday, according to OHP Capt. Chris West.

Ronnie Arganbright was placed on administrative leave on December 8 after being arrested for violating a protective order in Beckham County. He was charged on January 21, according to court documents.
