OKLAHOMA CITY -- Polls are open in 75 of Oklahoma's 77 counties for voters who will decide school board races, school bond issues and some municipal and county races.

Elections are scheduled in all but Marshall and Woods counties.

Among the bond issues on the ballot Tuesday is a $61.5 million proposal by the Stillwater School District to replace two schools and renovate eight others. The Union School District is asking for a $21.6 million bond issue for the second phase of a project that includes college and career readiness programs while the Moore School District is asking for $34 million in bonds to remodel three elementary schools and make improvements at its three high schools.

Bond issues require a 60 percent supermajority for approval.

News 9 contacted the Oklahoma State Election Board.  Officials said polls across the state would be open from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. in spite of the anticipated snowstorm.
