Police Want To ID Robber Who Has Hit Stores Across Oklahoma

TULSA, Oklahoma --  Tulsa Police are searching statewide for a serial robber. 

Police detectives say surveillance video from January 22, 2011, shows a man in the Famous Footwear store in the 5300 block of East 41st Street pretending to buy a pair of boots, then showing two clerks a handgun and demanding cash. 

The same man is accused of robbing the Dollar Tree store in the 3300 block of East 51st Street on January 21, 2011.  

Tulsa Police believe he's stolen from stores in Oklahoma City, Norman, Midwest City, Yukon, and Shawnee.

Police say he is described as a white male, 5'7" to 5'9", weights 170-180 lbs. with sandy blonde hair or gray hair in his mid 50's. 

They say the robber has an un-kept appearance and smells of cigarette smoke.  He usually orders the clerks to the back of the store before fleeing the business.
