Midwest City Police Investigate Early Morning Shooting

MIDWEST CITY, Oklahoma -- One person is recovering in the hospital after an early morning shooting in Midwest City.

It happened around 4:30 Sunday morning inside a home in the 9300 block of Northeast 11th.

Midwest City police believe the shooter and the victim knew each other. Officers say the victim has non-life threatening injuries.

The shooting is under investigation as officers interview witnesses, including the suspect.
