BARTLESVILLE, Oklahoma -- A Bartlesville man is in the Washington County jail accused of calling a Tulsa radio station and threatening the life of a Washington County judge.

Keith Williams, 41, is charged with two counts of threatening to perform an act of violence.

In one of the messages, Williams said he would be "####ing on Gerkin's face while I shoot him in the head." Another message stated that Williams asked the radio station to tell "Judge John Gerkin that he is going to get his ### shot in the head." He continued stating he would "#### on his ####ing face while he is laying there bleeding."

Williams said he was set to appear before Judge Gerkin on February 7, 2011.

According to court records, that was the date Williams was scheduled to be sentenced on a separate case of threatening a violent act in which he had been found guilty at a non-jury trial in February 2010.

He remains in the Washington County jail on a $20,000 bond.
