OKLAHOMA CITY -- A teenager accused of shooting an Oklahoma City police helicopter is now in federal custody.

Michael McMichael, 19, was arrested back in September, three months after police found a bullet hole in their helicopter during a pre-flight inspection.

McMichael was originally facing state charges, but those charges have been dropped. He is now facing federal charges.

He was bound over for trial at a detention hearing Monday morning.
