SHATTUCK, Oklahoma -- A Oklahoma teen is dead and another man in critical condition after a suspected drunk driver slams into the victim's car in western Oklahoma.

It happened around 10:30 p.m. Friday on U.S. Highway 283, two miles south of Shattuck.

According to an accident report, a man driving a Ford F-250 crossed into oncoming traffic slamming into a Dodge car as it attempted to avoid the truck.

The Dodge went airborne, killing 14-year-old passenger Edgar Nunez of Laverne. A second passenger, 20-year-old Jesus Ortiz Tununux also of Laverne, was ejected and critically injured.

The driver and a third passenger of the Dodge were transported to a local hospital in stable condition.

The driver of the Ford truck, 47-year-old Michael Lee Taylor, refused treatment at the scene. Troopers say Taylor smelled of alcohol.
