OKLAHOMA CITY -- The Canadian County District Attorney has charged a man with manslaughter after he admitted to shooting his wife in the head while the two were in bed.
Investigators said the couple often engaged in sexual fantasies involving a gun.
Arthur Sedille, 24, was arrested in December for shooting his 50-year-old wife, Rebecca Sedille. Sedille told police he grabbed a gun off the shelf by the couple's bed and racked the slide which caused the gun to cock. He said he put it next to his wife and it went off. Sedille said he did not realize the gun was loaded.
Oklahoma County District Attorney Michael Fields said Sedille "created an unreasonable risk and probability of death or great bodily harm" when he put the gun to Rebecca Sedille's forehead.
If convicted, Sedille could be sentenced to at least four years in prison.
