Oklahoma City Man Arrested For Rape, Kidnapping, Burglary
OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City police have arrested a man in connection to several sexual crimes, robbery, burglary and kidnapping all in one incident.
According to police, on December 21 at about 3 a.m., 36-year-old Antonio Lamonte Henderson forced his way in to an apartment near N.W. 4th Street and Dewey where there was an elderly woman inside. Henderson sexually assaulted the woman, kidnapped her and took her to a nearby convenience store in her vehicle. Police said Henderson then told the woman to go inside the convenience store and withdraw money from the ATM.
The woman went inside the store, told someone inside the store about her situation and that person alerted the store clerk to call 911.
Henderson fled the scene on foot.
Police later identified and arrested Henderson in connection to the incident. He was arrested on a complaint of rape by instrumentation, burglary, kidnapping, robbery and two complaints of forcible sodomy.
