Man Who Conned Craigslist Users Into Changing His Diaper Appears In Court

OKLAHOMA CITY -- A 21-year-old Oklahoma City man who conned people on Craigslist into thinking he had Autism and needed constant diaper changing was in court Wednesday for a preliminary hearing.

Mark Richardson was charged with one charge of sexual battery.

A family testified claiming to have been tricked into babysitting and changing Richardson's diapers.

The mother said it took her about a week to realize Richardson didn't have autism. After two weeks, the daughter said he inappropriately touched her.

Richardson pleaded not guilty. He could spend up to 10 years behind bars if convicted.
