Man Arrested For Exposing Himself At OKC Chick-fil-A

OKLAHOMA CITY – A man has been arrested for reportedly exposing himself at an Oklahoma City fast food restaurant.

According to police, a customer told an employee at the Chick-fil-a on Northwest 63rd and May Avenue that they had observed a man, later identified as 25-year-old Randy Bond Garvin, sitting alone in the restaurant and was exposing himself to some young girls who were playing on the indoor playground.

Garvin left the restaurant and began to run after he was approached by the employee. The employee caught up to Garvin as he entered a car, but Garvin was able to get away. The employee did get the license plate number on Garvin's car.

Police located the home of the person to which the car was registered and after interviewing witnesses at the restaurant and getting a positive identification that Garvin was the man in question, Garvin was arrested.

Garvin was booked into the Oklahoma County jail on three complaints of lewd acts to a child under 12.
