OKLAHOMA CITY -- Police said a property owner shot an intruder after an altercation in the 4200 block of S. Morgan Road.

The property owner said he has had a history of break ins and property being stolen. The property owner told police when he heard a truck pull up on the property, he confronted a man a woman and an altercation took place.

The man made some sort of movement that made the property owner feel threatened and shot the man once in the shoulder. That's when the woman took off on foot. She was caught a short time later.

The man was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police said they still are not sure what the two were doing at the house and haven't said if anyone will face charges.
