EDMOND, Oklahoma -- The man at the center of a Consumer Watch investigation has been arrested again.

Edmond police arrested Baron Hopgood Wednesday afternoon for fraud. The Consumer Watch team first exposed Hopgood -- a preacher and businessman -- in July 2009.

Hopgood is accused of writing bad checks to his employees and to a church in Fort Worth. He's also accused of writing bad checks in Lawton where he moved the Cavalry basketball team when he was part owner.

Hopgood turned himself in to Midwest City police at the end of last month for fraud.

In the Edmond case, Hopgood is accused of writing more than $5,000 in checks from a closed bank account. His bond has been set at $100,000.
