OKLAHOMA CITY – An Oklahoma City woman led police on a pursuit while driving a truck with four flat tires and three children inside.

Police tried to pull over 27-year-old Alicia Petross at S.W. 15th Street and Meridian Avenue. She took off and led police south through the airport terminal and then back north on Meridian Avenue.

The chase reached 45 miles an hour with Petross driving on four flat tires and losing other car parts. The chase ended when she crashed into a parked police cruiser.

When police pulled her out of the truck they found three crying children inside ages eight, six and five.

No one was injured during the pursuit. The children were released to a family member.

Petross was arrested. She faces multiple charges including three counts of child endangerment, eluding and officer, driving under the influence, driving under suspension, disregarding a signal light and driving on a flat tire.
