OHP: 2 Killed, 2 Injured In Serious Crash Near Blanchard

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said two people were killed in a crash in McClain County on State Highway 76 and 260 Road/Buffalo Creek Road between Dibble and Blanchard Wednesday morning.

BLANCHARD, Oklahoma -- The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said two people were killed in a crash in McClain County on State Highway 76 and 260 Road/Buffalo Creek Road between Dibble and Blanchard Wednesday morning.

It appeared a vehicle and a truck collided in the crash causing the vehicle to burst into flames.

Family friends have identified the two victims as Brandon Sinks and James Annesley and said that they are son and stepfather, however an official identification has not been made. Two other people were injured. Their conditions and names are not known at this time.

The roadway was opened nearly three hours after the collision.

The exact cause of the crash has not been released.

Friends of the families of both victims said they have set up a memorial fund at any IBC location in their names.
